Cincinnati. Eastgate location. Delivery guys is thief's and quality of ordered furniture is terrible. We ordered sectional sofa, waiting two months for delivery. Order was delivered, and after sectional was delivered, I noticed missing item from my home. It was small size clay art. One of the delivery men was standing right where the art piece was. Excited for my new Furniture and was given a two hour window for delivery 4:30 - 6:30 Saturday after Thanksgiving and when 6:30 came and no delivery found out my delivery was canceled for unknown reasons and now I have to wait until Monday. No notification earlier about my cancellation until I called at 6:30. Unbelievable. I have paid a lot of money in the past and for this delivery but probably not going forward.
Thank you to everyone at the Eastgate Furniture Fair. Our sales person, Cathleen went above and beyond to help us. It was a great experience from the moment we began searching for the perfect living room sofas and chair. All of the employees we met at the store were very friendly and professional. The delivery team was on time and they carefully set the furniture in place. So far everything has been great. We are enjoying our new furniture, and would recommend Eastgate Furniture Fair.
