These guys could not have been more helpful! Very competitive prices, our furniture we wanted had to be ordered in, it arrived quicker than anticipated, they delivered very quickly for us. Following on, we had a couple of little after sales issues (due to no fault of theirs) , but furniture factory rectified everything quicker than you could say boo. 10/10 Will be back 🫶🏼
I could not recommend Samantha and Lee enough. From start to finish they give exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond for me to get the items I wanted for my home. Samatha sourced chairs for me that I showed her from an inspiration photograph and was so patient with all my questions and requests. I recently bought a beautiful suite from Sam and Lee at Furniture Factory for our living room. From the initial sale to payment, arranging delivery and then the set up, I couldn’t be any happier. Communication was great and Lee rang me the day of delivery to let me know the delivery men would be out at a certain time. The men who set up the furniture were on time and set up the suite quickly without any hassle. Gorgeous stock and well priced. I’d recommend to anyone wanting some new furniture for their home.
