Went in and looked around and asked which couches were in stock. I picked one after the associate confirmed it was available then when it came to deliver it two days later they called me saying they didn’t have all the pieces in stock and they would try to reschedule a delivery for later that week. Ordered a sectional from these guys. They were extremely patient and really tried to tend to my needs. The sectional arrived and exceeded our expectations. It is beyond comfortable and at an Extraordinary price. I’d recommend these guys to anyone
We recently purchased through Progressive Leasing. Unfortunately, we changed our minds about the sequence. They had to pay $200.00 for a kitchen table on order. I spoke with them and was quite insistent about not canceling an order. Using scare techniques in sales jargon. I would not recommend ordering from these folks. There are no Customer Service talents.
Amazing Customer Service!!! I was helped by a lovely lady named Amy. She was very helpful and informative about all the furniture I was interested in. Great Sales Rep! I give this place a 10 out of 10!!!
