Great Experience! Just got my new Ashley couch and LOVE IT! Purchased for about 15-20% less at Furniture Exchange than Ashley Showroom in Greenwood. Also ordered a recliner, priced much less than other stores in town. Delivery guys were polite and efficient. Would highly recommend Furniture Exchange.
Be careful Be careful,they tried to do a bait and switch. Showed display merchandise and tried to sell unlike damaged product. Not too good customer service. Do not recommend.
Over-priced and a rip-off Be VERY sure that you want what you buy- they offer NO returns.
Okay I think that the Furniture Exchange serves a very definite purpose in Bloomington...provide furniture to Indiana University students when they move out of the dorms. If your taste is even a little more mature, you won't find much to please you. But if you are on a budget and don't have much time, you will do just fine.
okay Furniture Exchange is cool if you are trying to exchange your hard earned cash for some used not so great looking furniture that's way overpriced. If you think you are going to exchange your old furniture for some newer cooler stuff and just pay a little difference, you are not. Only go if you can't stand sleeping on the floor anymore.
