This is one of the worst experience my wife and I went through. We ordered a couch and they ordered the wrong one. When they delivered the sofa it was the wrong one. My wife called them right away and told them that this is the wrong sofa. They assured us that they will figure something out and to call tomorrow. worst company I’ve ever dealt with! This company doesn’t help with anything they will ship you the wrong item and will waste your time when you ask them for a different one. While ordering the couches I asked for the L shape to be on the left side when brought to my house it was on the right side, and when I called to figure out what has happened they didn’t care and didn’t even try to assist me. Bought this amazing sofa on a really good price. The staff was really professional and helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommended, must pay them a visit it will be worth it.
Great customer service and very friendly staff specially Raman was very professional and friendly. Also their prices are really good.
