Neil is very nice and charismatic. He set everything up for me before I even moved into my apartment. However, one of the pieces broke so he said he'd order a new one and deliver it for me. That was 6 weeks ago. I remind him once a week so see if there's any update on the furniture delivery, all I get is "It's arrived, I'll check my schedule to see when I can deliver it..." Neil is so accomodating and very easy to work with. He has a fantastic choice to pick from and if it's not in his store he can get it. He will go to great lengths to make sure you get what you are looking for. My wife and I bought an entire townhome of furniture from him and will go back for anything else we need.
