After searching New Bern, Morehead and Havelock for a new couch. I found the perfect one at Furniture Destributors. The price was also much lower than I found elsewhere. I have had it for several years now and still love it. The people were very friendly and did not crowd me when shopping.
Worst Customer Service ever! I would NEVER purchase from here again or tell someone to buy from this furniture store. My daughters bed took 3 months to get here then they lost it! I had to go into the store to even see if it got here because I never got called that it arrived! Then when it finally got delivered it was defective no one ever knows what is going on I get told to call someone else they can’t help. I always get the run around.
