We purchased 2 recliners had a minor issue with 1 and Ms. Kesh sent a replacement within a couple of days. She was very understanding, professional and helpful. Thank you Ms. Kesh🙏🏽🙏🏽
Great Labor Day sale, I saved on tax and delivery. Delivery was on time, actually a little early. All staff were friendly and professional. I'm very happy with my purchases!
Kassia has been amazing to work with! She is personable, kind, and helpful without being pushy. We have bought several pieces throughout the year from her and have received great customer service. The dates for delivery were exactly as communicated. Even after one of our pieces arrived damaged, they promptly ordered another piece and came out to replace it. Have recommended Kassia to several others who are shopping for furniture.
DO NOT Recommend!! Ordered 2 recliners with custom fabric, along with another piece. Upon delivery, the recliners had the wrong fabric. I certainly understand that mistakes happen. Furniture Distributors did NOTHING to expedite the order. Communication was almost nonexistent. Then I was offered $100 off a future purchase-NOPE. Never again.
