My wife and I purchased a couch in earlier this year and payed for the 3 yr extended warranty which is supposed to cover pet damage. Our dog scratched the couch causing damage to the leather and the warranty company is claiming that the top coat is peeling from wear and tear so they are refusing to cover it. If the warranty company is right and it’s peeling I feel that would be due to poor craftsmanship for it to “wear” like that in less than a year especially since that side is rarely even used. We walked in to find a new couch. Savanna was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She was honest and helped us find a new sectional. We left with a new couch and wonderful service! Thank you!
