They have good quality, well-priced furniture. I have purchased things here twice, and they have been delivered as arranged in perfect condition. Recommended!
I went to the store after seeing a sofa that was purchased by a friend for a good price. We found a sofa that we liked and purchased it. We were told at the time of the purchase, by the saleswoman named Elane, that if we wanted to return the sofa the owners would refund our money, even though their policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY on returns. Greedy I went in to purchase furniture was told I was getting a good deal! I bought one peice and put another on lay a way After going home I realized the second peice would not fit I the are, cancelled the layaway. The are NOT closed! The sales person was helpful. The loading dock was another story. I bought a trundle bed. TRUNDLE matters in this story. We got to the loading dock and were handed a bunch of boxes. I have to build the bed myself. I was told by the sales person that I was getting the floor model so it would take a few minutes to get the bed to the dock. They had us get credit specific to there store. After we were approved the store manager Ricardo refused to talk to us. Waisting our day and costingthe store money. If I were the owner I would fire him,and get someone who knows how to manage a business.
