I bought through furniture direct in the past and was extremely pleased with product and the customer service. Well today I shopped at furniture direct and I can say without a doubt I found a great deal and customer service was as awesome as before and that is why I comeback when looking for any home furniture. I am not sure if the other stores are as good as Columbia having set the standard on importance of their customers. I highly recommend you check them out and you won’t regret it.
The staff was very friendly as they always are, we have purchased different items from them, after the mattress was paid for we were rushed to load and leave! ☹️
Mr.Scott was amazing!!! We had such a great experience and the prices unmatched (we know because we shopped around). We found a great sectional at an amazing price and Mr.Scott made the process smooth and painless. Then we went back to the financing and it was interest free for twelve months! They didn’t pressure us or try to upsell, they answered questions and the process of buying the couch once we were ready took us a total of 20 minutes. All around it was a great experience, I definitely recommend.
