I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my bedroom furniture set for over $7500. We were visiting Santa Rosa from Napa and happen to walk in and see this beautiful bedroom set. The salesperson Beverly was nice and not at all pushy which I liked. We got the information on the set and then went home. I didn't purchase it then because I wanted to go home and see my room get some measurements because it was a whole set, bed, 2 end tables and a dresser. Friendly when purchasing. Gave us 6 week estimated waiting period, ended up waiting 4 months. Never called us for any status updates. We had to call to ask about furniture, never apologized for extended wait. One lady just said " you were told a 6 week waiting period" and that's it. This is after waiting over 3 months for piece. Asked for refund after waiting 3 months, would not accommodate, just told us to keep waiting. Again, not one apology for the inconvenience of waiting so long. Have purchased several pieces over the course of several months. Service has always been exemplary, quality of the furniture is always spectacular. Won’t buy furniture anywhere else.
