Amazing service
I exactly don't know what happened with them but after waiting for 2 weeks for my sofa bed to arrive, I still waiting for it , at this point I don't know if it will arrive or I have to go to the store or ask for my money back, I'm very disappointed for the costumer service after the purchase, because they promise me to many days it will arrive, but my sofa beds it's not at hom😠😠😠
I’m just gonna make this short. After a nightmare of buying a sofabed from another store and getting it non-delivered by incompetent delivery guys and being very disappointed I ordered online from Furniture Depot because I really needed a sofabed. I ordered online, got it delivered and because it came in sections I had to assemble it myself. It wasn’t easy, but i got most of it done. Unfortunately I got a defective piece of the sofa.
