The sales staff were attentive and exceptional; however, the overall experience was disappointing. My husband and I invested a significant amount of money for the delivery of our new furniture. On the initial delivery day, our furniture was brought in the rain. I would have expected them to either wait for the rain to cease or at least cover the items with a tarp to keep them dry, but that did not happen. The guys were on time for our delivery of our new couch and loveseat. Our window for delivery was between noon and 3:00. They arrived around 1:00 and did a great job. Thanks so much!!!!
Picking out my future was so stress free, all of my questions and concerns were answered, my delivery was explained to me in detail, and my delivery date and time was as promised, my setup took little to know time, and done with a smile, I absolutely love my furniture and will be back for more!
