Price Match! – I was heading to Nebraska Furniture Mart and decided to stop by Furniture Deals. They were able to price match from NFM with a better warranty and furniture protection plan.
??? – Besides our delivery date being changed 3 times: left off of the truck by Ashley, backordered by Ashley, etc our experience wasn't that bad. The original salesman should have stayed with us during the check out process instead of dropping us off and forgetting that we were spending $3084.
Helpfull – Very helpful and nice. Sales people are not pushy.
Pleasant – I was very pleased with the service we received while in the store. Chris showed us multiple mattresses and then walked us around the store looking at bedroom sets. However, the person back in the Admin area that checked us out forgot to schedule our delivery. When I called Sunday at noon because we hadn't received a call from the delivery team on Saturday night, I was told what happened. Wonderful – We had a wonderful experience buying our 2-piece living room set and dining room table from Furniture Deals. We'd previously bought from Furniture Deals so we decided to shop there again. Even though we didn't know exactly what we were looking for, we found exactly what we wanted at Furniture Deals.
AMAZING Accomidations! – Excellent showroom of furniture and plenty of staff to accommodation a large selection. The delivery men where polite, early, and very fast assembling my furniture I purchased. Excellent!
