I will never use furniture deals again!!!!! I was supposed to have a bedroom set delivered today the driver went to the wrong house NEVER CALLED ME to say hey I’m here, an hour goes by and I’m like where’s my furniture I called the store they said the driver would call me, driver calls me and tells me he would try to get to me by the end of the route and he would call me.... 5:30 came no call from the driver, so I called to see what’s the status THEY DROPPED MY FURNITURE BACK OFF AT THE WAREHOUSE!!!!! I had a wonderful experience with Funiture Deals the prodress was really quick and easy I love they fact that there was a payment plan option that didnt require a credit check my furniture arrived on the date that was set on time as the reminders were sent the gentlemen worked really fast and were extremely friendly I appreciated the great customer service shown from the whole team will definitely be back to make another purchase or 2 .....I love my new bed which makes me an over all satisfied customer 😍

Due to a housefire, we lost almost every piece of furniture in our home -- we have slowly been replacing those items (every month or two as is affordable), and each time we find everything we need at Furniture Deals! They have a great selection for a good price -- the furniture is so nice and comfortable. This was my second buy from Furniture Deals in Belton. The whole staff in-store was pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. The delivery gentlemen were respectful, punctual, and so friendly! I love FD and will ALWAYS get my furniture from this company! Thanks for adding to the excitement of buying my first house, and limiting the stress. Y'all are great!!

Overall a good experience ! The salesman at the store was by far the best out of the four places I went to in Kansas City . Delivery was quick they were careful clean and courteous. I Will definitely return to buy more merchandise.

WONDERFULL – I went in looking for a bed for my daughter, we were helped as soon as we walked in the door by Doc. We found the bed we wanted for a decent price and it was available that day, so we didn't have to wait. Great job..fast and efficient. The only downfall was the king sized sheets that I bought thinking that I would get a discount 50% off because I bought a mattress, was not given because my mattress wasn't expensive enough for the discount.
