BAD customer service!!!
Great shop with giant displays, but all the staff including the owner are scamming people. Paid $3000 cash on counter for bedroom set and 2 piece sofa, they even convinced me to pay an extra $500 for delivery and installation which they promised it'll be done(within 4weeks). A staff made and provided offical receipt. Been following up on them over fone calls for my delivery, guess what? Their next week or shipment never comes. Impressive experience. The sales rep felt more like a support executive. I had questions and majority he (guy named Daniel) had answers, and for questions he didnt know, he got the answer. One question he had to call me after I left. I left after buying just 2 couches, 3 end tables, and coffee table. The matching recliner he got me date when it will be in. Perfect. I'll be back! Overall, impressive positive experience.
They have a great selection of furnitures. I was able to find a nice bedroom set. The customer service was great as well. Highly recommend!
