we bought a $1,000 mattress set and after 2 month it is dipping, we have called twice and the customer service has not called back We went to the store and the manager said thy only call back 2 times a month??? THAT WAS HIS ANSWER!!!!
The 2 delivery boys brought my furniture to the house and it was all scratched. They told me to contact the Manager Peter. He insisted the table and leather sofa were like that when I bought it. I said, I bought BRAND NEW not used. I want my money back. I turns out the salesperson lied to me. The leather is not REAL leather. It is fake. The solid wood table is NOT solid. It is made of particle board. I will never buy from them again. RUN, RUN FAR AWAY! They lie!
