very unprofessional no communication with the customer in regards to shipment. Order a queen bed back in May 2023 and still have not received it and we are in mid August.
Moody is an excellent and friendly associate. I found the perfect dining table and he was very helpful and efficient.
My sales person is Brenda and she was phenomenal! Very patient with my elderly mom and also knowledgeable about all the pieces in the store that we asked about. We were also impressed with the HUGE selection furniture city has compared to other places we went to!! Very happy with our purchases and we will be back!!

I was looking to upscale my game room and thanks to furniture city they had everything I was looking for to add to my game room. I was treated so nice throughout the whole buying process, and they even worked with me to give me a great deal since I was purchasing a couple pieces. They had a variety of poker tables that I was looking for so I was able to choose which one fit me the best. They also had so many bars to choose from being able to match it all into my game room.
