Ordered online a couple of days ago because the arrival date was quite quick. Placed order and it was processed immediately with £578 being taken out of the account. I recieved a telephone call today, having requested a delivery date to be told that they do not deliver to our part Wales. The lady tried to be helpful and offered a delivery if I could wait 4 weeks. This was not possible. Nowhere on the website when ordering or during the process can I find anything that states that the delivery is within a 15 mile radius. I am... read more
Absolutely chuffed to bits with my bedroom furniture delivered today. Excellent customer service, great quality, great price. Delivered, unpacked and put in place by two very friendly delivery guys. Furniture City is 5from me and will definitely buy from them again. Thank you Peter
