I have gotten the best deals on furniture at this store! The people are super friendly, super helpful they let you browse around and don’t pester you to death lol and the furniture is excellent quality. The parking is excellent easy to get in easy to get out.
Good furniture, mixed experiences with the sales staff.
Customer service was great at first, thought we were on the same page until I got 3 different price quotes on the same piece of furniture with the same person and another gentleman working, nobody was willing to work with me on it based on the price I had gotten quoted. Working in sales for years and dealing with the same customer base I was hoping for a better outcome. I normally don’t leave reviews but didn’t appreciate my experience here.
Prices are great but customer service after the sale is spotty at best. If you want something handled make sure you talk to your specific salesman or they will treat you like dirt.
