Had the best couch shopping experience here and the manager Mr. Gaylord and his associate (who looks like he could be his brother) were super helpful, very professional and attentive. We purchased a couch which was too big for our home and they helped us exchange it out immediately and resolved our issue very quickly. Their delivery company was also very helpful and gave us tips on how to make our couch fit our living room best. We will def be going back to purchase more items for our new home.
The sales guy told us we had delivery booked and charged for it, but that was a complete lie. No delivery was booked and we were going to be left hanging if I hadn't called with a separate question
I have gotten the best deals on furniture at this store! The people are super friendly, super helpful they let you browse around and don’t pester you to death lol and the furniture is excellent quality. The parking is excellent easy to get in easy to get out.
