Over the course of two months I received the wrong sofa sets twice, as well as, a broken table. I was also told they would not take the return if opened…so no furniture for that entire time. I was asked to keep the second set that was wrong and I would get $150 back from a $4,500 purchase for the mistakes. I also had to call multiple times after being told I’d get a call and never did. Needless to say I do not recommend anyone shop here…unethical and incompetent to say the least
Be aware of Furniture City's Deceptive Return Policy! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Furniture City and their utterly ridiculous return policy. I purchased a spring box from them, and within a mere 48 hours, I realized what a grave mistake I had made.
