Not very good at keeping customer informed on order, didnt back their prodcut – I ordered a piece of furniture through them that I saw in a catalog. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to come in, but at 10 weeks had not heard from them (I had already paid for it). I called and was told it would be in soon.
