Awesome customer service, no automative system!!! I always got through to a live person each time I called. My Living Room Set was originally out of stock when I first placed my order and I was expecting to wait about 4-6 weeks but to my surprise my Order was shipped out to me within 2-3 weeks!! Which was right on time for my son's 5th bday party. I love my Sofa and Chairs and plan to buy a Dining Room Set in the Fall. FurnitureCart.com gets 10 stars from me...if that's possible :-)
I am very happy that I ordered. The price was better than any other store I visited, customer service also was great. Sectional was of high quality, received sooner than expected, packaged wonderfully, no damage. I also enjoyed their 10% local discount.
