Professional helpful sales person. Delivery staff helpful, did removal of old mattress items and installed new base and items quickly. They worked with us on delivery time and arrived with the time window. Product appears to be of good quality but time will tell. Only down side was the length of time it took to get the mattress from the manufacturer to the warehouse for delivery. Took 4 weeks from purchase until it was on and delivered.
