Sofa took 3 months longer than to deliver, ended up being from Vietnam and unfortunately poor quality. Just glad I didn't pay the $2000 asking price, would have been even more disappointed.

I placed an order with Furniture Barn and discovered the delivery address was incorrect. I’ve emailed and messaged on social media platforms multiple times to fix this but have not yet had no response. Very concerned about customer service and communication — hoping this is resolved quickly, so that my order is sent to the correct address. I would greatly appreciate any form of communication from a representative .
My daughter ordered and paid for a modular lounge to be made in May 2025 and she is still waiting for it to be made. She is a single mum and saved hard to be able to afford a new lounge only to be done by this store. Do not pay in advance and I would recommend shopping else where. I would seem that legal action is required
