My daughter ordered and paid for a modular lounge to be made in May 2025 and she is still waiting for it to be made. She is a single mum and saved hard to be able to afford a new lounge only to be done by this store. Do not pay in advance and I would recommend shopping else where. I would seem that legal action is required
Don't waste time shopping at Furniture Barn. Wanted to part with $900 buying a no return floor stock item today at the Bunbury store - for a closing down sale. Told unable to take today even if I have paid for it as they want other customers to see what's available in their catalogue up until the weekend.
