Ordered on Monday and received the Friday. contacted the customer service to check on the order and they were great. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Great service and love the new chair.
My experience with the Furniture at Work team was extremely frustrating. Firstly they delivered the wrong table top and the powder-coated foot rest had multiple chips on it. Asked to get the right table top delivered, took about a week to get confirmation they had a replacement table top available. Took about another week to get confirmation that they were going to deliver it. They confirmed it was being shipped, only after multiple emails and calls. Also meant to send replacement foot rest. We purchased an office table and chairs and the wrong table arrived. I believed I’d ordered a rectangular one but received a circular one. The service leading up to ordering was really fast and efficient. When I tracked through the paperwork I found that I’d ordered a meeting table not the conference table.
