I bought a sofa/loveseat from Buddy's and I love it
Horrible experience here with a big tall employee. He followed me to my car. Very unprofessional.
I totally love this store ! Sabrina in sakes is the Best . She introduced me to the store Manager and the regional manager. I asked about a recliner and Sabrina showed me one that is a massage/ heated recliner. I told her I needed two of them . Told her I needed a table to go between n she showed me a table n coffee table . We will be doing business there always
Corey as a sales person was amazing! The manager was so rude and abrupt as to how she spoke to him as he was handling my transaction that felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Corey apologized for the incident but I would never do business with a company who was so disrespectful to their employees I left the store and will never return due to such unprofessional behavior of the manager.

Not professional, didn't mount the mirror on my dresser, no legs for my couch and love seat and bed fell apart. No respect for customers.
I would of expected a call for an update on something i have been calling since last week about. the common courtesy is to contact clients on their delivery. I am now having to come leave a review due to the lack of communication between store and client. Had my issue been treated differently, you would not be reading this review. I need this matter to be handled asap and its still unresolved.
Account dummy calls and threatens your wife and has no back bone when approach I'll let corporate deal with this fool faafo
“The worst company ever! How they are still in business is just sickening. It isn’t due to good business practices, I can tell you that. They lie, cheat, steal, deceive, and manipulate their way through this world—saying one thing while doing another. It should be illegal to misrepresent paperwork while it’s being signed.
