Corey as a sales person was amazing! The manager was so rude and abrupt as to how she spoke to him as he was handling my transaction that felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. Corey apologized for the incident but I would never do business with a company who was so disrespectful to their employees I left the store and will never return due to such unprofessional behavior of the manager.

Not professional, didn't mount the mirror on my dresser, no legs for my couch and love seat and bed fell apart. No respect for customers.
I would of expected a call for an update on something i have been calling since last week about. the common courtesy is to contact clients on their delivery. I am now having to come leave a review due to the lack of communication between store and client. Had my issue been treated differently, you would not be reading this review. I need this matter to be handled asap and its still unresolved.

“The worst company ever! How they are still in business is just sickening. It isn’t due to good business practices, I can tell you that. Had a terrible experience with this company and absolutely would not recommend anyone to purchase from them . I applied for a dining room table and after doing all paperwork and making my first payment I was denied, norther won't even give me my refund I I live on disability and have limited income and the manager was told this this is a horribly run business
I bought a bed for my 6 year old the bed from the Longview buddies, took it down the other day found out there’s bolts missing screws that they don’t even belong to it we’re putting it together somewhere Phillips, some more and some where Allen wrenches suggestion don’t buy from Buddys
Buddy's Furniture has excellent customer service. They are always friendly and willing to ADD-on anything they have in the store. The payments are less and you can pay off your account early. I love all the furniture I now own. I highly recommend this place. They are always saying "Yes you can!" Thank you Buddy's Furniture ♥️
