Rick was our sales guy, and he was great. We needed a new washer and we needed it in our budget. If we hit one dead end he had more ideas for us to be able to get our washer. I met with Shannon and she did a fantastic job explaining all of my options for a new sofa. I placed an order that same week. She kept me informed the entire time the sofa was being made. I was given 5 days notice before the delivery date. The men who delivered my new sofa were great, very courteous and responsible. I went in looking for a bed with storage, the lady that was sitting by the front door “helped” me. She showed me 3 bed frames that would work and I asked if that was all they had and she said yes. I said you have more on your website and I pulled up the website and asked if they had this one? Oh yes we have that one but that is an Ashley product I was showing you everything that wasn’t Ashley, we are dealer for them but it’s not who we are!!!
