Just went in here for the first time yesterday and they have a lot of amazing options. Really though the customer service was above and beyond. Friendly, willing to answer questions and problem solve. If you’re wanting to support a locally owned furniture store, pay less than the big box stores, and get great customer service I highly recommend checking them out!
Update: I should’ve wrote this a while ago and didn’t. The company strung me along just enough that it would be out of the window to be able to file a small claims court case. They have never replaced the cushions never gotten back to me and refused to allow me to speak to a manager. scammed 100% by this place. So I paid for the price of a very expensive down couch and only received a very cheap couch with awful foam cushions. I purchased a very expensive down filled sectional in January 2021.
