Went in to buy a sectional couch. Great service and great prices. If you stop by, recommend asking for Saul, took great care of us and was extremely helpful.
I wanted to share an incident that happened November 18, 2024 from 5:50pm- 6:15pm during one of your deliveries. Your delivery workers were very rude, unprofessional, & bullies. Please train your staff to have better communication skills especially when they know they were in the wrong. I tried sending an email to the email provided under contact us on your website but that email doesn’t exist! Where can I contact you guys regarding this incident?!
I worked directly with Saul - and I am so pleased with him and FAO. 1) he was very responsive and we communicated with ease on FB messenger 2) it was such a smooth process 3) timeliness was exceptional - they quoted about 3 weeks for cabinets to deliver but we got them in about a week and everything went smoothly with delivery and we had our contractors install - no issues at all and 4) everything came out perfect, the cabinets and handles look amazing .
