Fantastically laid out showroom. Very helpful staff Leanne greeted us when we arrived and showed us various lounge suites we were interested in. When we chose our lounge suite we had trouble deciding on the colours Leanne allowed us to take some colour samples home to compare with other furniture in the house. This was very helpful and we decided on a duck blue colour. I had a call from Cathy to arrange for the delivery of our lounge suite. Again this was professionally organised

Excellent staff, excellent service
Ordered a book shelf advertised on website, one to match existing set of furniture . Store told me they can get one in and it would be the exact brand and model. Item came in a week later complete different model and made by different company. Looked nothing like original bookshelf agreed on and as per advertisement. They shrugged it off like it wasn’t there problem. No apology. Nothing.
2nd time I've been to the store .the first time staff ignored me and just walked past me without asking if I needed help so after 5 minutes i left. Today all 5 staff were at the back of the store having a meeting. No one came up to serve me so again I ended up leaving. Staff looked up and saw me standing there but they just carried on with there meeting. The staff meeting was clearly more important than serving customers. I was the only customer in the store both times
