Hannah was amazing when I was picking out my couch! She listened to my concerns/interests. Truly felt like I was with a friend who was looking out for my best interests when making decisions about something that was a big expense for my family. This review is long overdue! If you are in need of furniture where the store actually cares about you as a customer… this is the place to go. It is a small warehouse but don’t let that discourage you. They have catalogs for you to pick out if they don’t have something on the floor you like. We purchase a living room set. Upon delivery we discovered that it was slightly different from the model we selected due to being a different color. Customer service is miserable. You pay 145 dollars cash for delivery and when the product (sectional) come in pieces and through logistic incompetence is scheduled to arrive on 3 different dates they expect you to come get it yourself. Then when it is finally delivered it's damaged. They then disappear and tell you to deal with the manufacturer yourself. They will duck your calls, tell that the owner is unavailable. Way over priced on out of date furniture’s. No discount what so ever. After calculating tax and delivery charges. You’ll be better off buying from the real store of Ashley Furniture store and or Rooms to go in Wilmington NC. Please be diligent and do your price comparisons before buying from them.
