The sales person was kind and the delivery men were efficient. But the actual furniture from this place is the most uncomfortable option in my apartment right now. The couch is like sitting at 90 degree attention. If you try to put your legs up, you’ll lose feeling in those quickly after. You can’t supplement pillows to fix this problem. Buyers, be aware that this place will not exchange or refund. Signed, from the floor.
Updated review: there was some issues with delivery but the store manager took real initiative to resolve the problem. Delivery guy was fast and professional!

Do not bother!! I came here to purchase a sleeper sofa. It was delivered to me defective and incomplete. The staff and manager did not compensate me for the issue or assistance me in fixing the issue. I contacted them everyday for assistance and they never came to a solution. They wanted me to pay extra to have someone come to my house and check the sofa after I sent clear photos of the issue. They would not let me return it because I went through the finance company.
