Don’t trust this place. They told me for months that they would replace a broken mattress then blamed the manufacturer and never followed through. Expensive mistake
Terrible experience with Yavuz at Furnish n Save. My parents bought a full king bedroom set (frame, mattress, boxspring, nightstands/dresser). Delivered November 20 with wrong box spring and damaged mattress. We reported it immediately and got no reply. Followed up multiple times, Yavuz promised to inspect but never showed up. We made so many calls to the store and even visited but he just kept giving them empty promises like he would "come by" or "i'll call you later". He was a no show and no call. I had an outstanding experience with Yaz and wanted to share my appreciation.
