We purchased a sleeper sectional and it has not worked properly since it was delivered and set up. The sleeper section falls apart every time we pull it out so we have not been able to use. I have been asking for a refund and have been told no refunds. I have nothing that says that. Repairs have been done twice and now it is being sent back to the manufacture for repair.
