Bought a custom couch here and worked with their staff on design, configuration, fabrics, etc. The experience was professional, friendly and warm. When we received the couch it wasn’t quite right and when exploring things, we realized that there had been a miscommunication. Stopped by to look for furniture for our new (empty) house and while we didn’t find much here (it is a very small place with a limited selection) NO ONE greeted us or asked us if we needed help. We were completely ignored the entire time walking through the store. There were at least 2 sales associates and 5 people in the store.
They were very kind and gracious to a fellow furniture store owner from far far away. I appreciated & enjoyed the interaction and ‘talking shop’ :-)
