Angela took the time to go out to the warehouse and measure the mattress we were interested in for our camper. She took the time to make sure we found the right mattress which resulted in us being very happy with the purchase and her help.
Thanks to Kelly, Curt is already happy with his purchase of a recliner. Her patience with my granddaughters and me as we were searching for just the right chair for grandpa...she was helpful and amazing! Thank you Kelly.
Our initial experience was great. Our sales rep, Kelly was helpful and the people at the desk were nice. They told us our furniture would be in with 4-6 weeks. We called after 4 weeks, and no one knew where our furniture was or if it was even in the process of getting shipped to the store. We called the warehouse and they had no idea. Called customer service and no information and they said they'd call. Took 2 day later to get an answer and we had to call them up to follow up. Sales rep said wait another 2 weeks. The purchase experience went very smoothly, but my order took twice as long as I was told and it was incredibly difficult to get status information. The delivery process was good and they had no trouble getting the old furniture out and the new furniture in.
