This place sucks. Over priced and I’m pretty sure they sell fake stuff. Bought an overpriced had months ago and didn’t look, feel or have the “right tags” as my new fitted New Era hats that I ordered from Lids. (They look like the hats your see at any gas station selling for $9.99. BUT, this were Too small so thought I’d trade in both/2 of my “authentic/Real“ hats for 1 of their knock offs today. Guy inside was very polite and hooked me up with essentials, overall great store and straight forward customer service
Just left, wanted to get my stepson, a cookies, T-shirt, and possibly a matching fit. Middle Eastern, dude there very rude and didn’t want to negotiate anything. Not a good business man and lost a $200 sale. You also make me waste my time, which I hate to do.
