The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up becoming really good friends with one of the workers as well. I got my piercing kit and a few pairs of earrings and the staff were very helpful.
I went to the store today with my husband along with both my kids and as soon as we entered the store the lady there didn't greeted us which left a red flag from the start. As we were there getting a few items she approached us and told my husband if she can have the items that we were getting to take to the register which we felt uncomfortable because we were not even in the store for five minutes and we were still shopping. my best experience at a funk-e-breeze yet! the sweet lady who runs this place remembers my face even 4 years after i used to work at the mall. the customer service always feels welcoming and this is the only funk e breeze i know with this kind of energy so grateful to be welcomed to her shop <3
