Beware, she is only nice when she wants payment from you. Don't prepay. I had made some prepayments to Fanny but due to health reasons (which I had told her), I have not been able to attend to use up the prepayment. I contacted Fanny and she promised to refund but her calculation of the service was based on new pricing, not in the year when the services were done. Fanny is extremely friendly and knowledgable, her clinic is very well setup and easily accessible next to Chatswood station. She helped with my period management and pre-pregnancy planning through traditional Chinese herbs (powder so you don’t need to worry about boiling herbs - bonus!) and Accupunture. Highly recommend Fanny if you are looking for a caring and knowledgable clinician!
