Fanny and her team was great to deal with - highly recommend
Beware, she is only nice when she wants payment from you. Don't prepay. I had made some prepayments to Fanny but due to health reasons (which I had told her), I have not been able to attend to use up the prepayment. I contacted Fanny and she promised to refund but her calculation of the service was based on new pricing, not in the year when the services were done. She also included costs which she said was complimentary at the time and added other extra cost on top without the additional service. Until now, I have not yet re... read more
