Great way to diversify into real estate without the hassle of dealing with tenants. Good LONG TERM investment, I've seen large gains and invested in the iPO which I highly recommend.
Do not invest . Had invested around $2000 back in 2022 and now had negative returns and taking long time to process the returns. better would have invested in S&P
Not only did this provide sub-market returns over an extended period, it saddled me with annoying K-1 tax forms for miniscule amounts of income.
