I’ve been working in commercial real estate for almost 10 years this has to be the shadiest ‘broker’ I’ve ever worked with. Real bait and switch tactics, give you and LOI then 3 days later change a major term and then say they did their job so they will be keeping a large amount of your deposit because it’s on your that you couldn’t perform.
