Would not recommend. Had an issue over Easter weekend where money couldn't be deposited in the bank, called in that Friday to let them know it would be Monday and the payment would be made. Was told a note was made in the file, and everything would be good. But instead, my account got locked out, credit line decreased from 20k to 2500, and when I called in I was told it was a periodic review by the "system" and there was nothing they could do. I have been with FUNDBOX since its inception days before the big banks took over that said it was bumpy in the transition and now is a fine tuned business machine financial product. FUNDBOX has such utility for small and even micro business fundamnetal building needs. The people they have like TK as customer service providers to support you all the way thru banking connectivity issues you will face in this ever evolving digital market place. The ease of payment use and borrowing options is just so easy.
They’ve lowered the amount I’m approved for twice now, out of nowhere. We’ve been actively using Fundbox’s line of credit for almost a year, but this is the second time they’ve done this. I don’t recommend it to anyone, and I won’t be using it again.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Fundbox has been extremely frustrating and exhausting. Fundbox claims that funds were deposited into my business bank account, but the money was never received. I bank with a national institution and have personally spoken with my banker, branch manager, and even corporate representatives to confirm that nothing was overlooked. The deposit never arrived.
