I give it a 4 because the staff is great meaning speech therapy only . Person who owns it / front desk or in charge of scheduling things and communicating if someone is out not so much many times the front desk didn't tell me if a speech therapist was going to be out or even switched to a different one

I was told my child was on a wait list. I have been sitting here waiting while my child needs help. I had many conversations with this place. I had a referral and a doctors appointment set so he can confirm the referral for my insurance purpose. I called and this place told me they aren’t taking new clients. I have been on this list and now they are turning her away. Just beware if you are on the list. It’s so unprofessional. Ocala needs better healthcare and therapy options.

Took them two months to get in after they received the referral then was told my son need to be seen 2 to 3 times a week and they were waiting to push that through insurance and now being told that there’s a wait list. He is 4!!! They need better managing of patients and patients they are to be accepting. This place needs an office manager. Very sad!
