Great Service!! Focus on fixing the whole problem. Shoulder working good now
After too many long flights and much sitting, my lower back and shoulder area were screaming. Lucky for me, a 30 minute appointment was available and I left much improved.
I saw Izzy for bodywork to release my neck, shoulder and back spasms. My reoccurring spasms became unbearable for me to work and function as a Dance teacher & Pilates instructor. After a few sessions with Izzy, my shoulder pain completely deceased, my posture alignment improved, and I finally discovered how to activate my glutes properly!
