I had been eating primally for several years but for some reason, I was not able to lose more weight. In fact, my weight was creeping up. I contacted Michael and asked him to take me on as a client. Years ago, upon becoming a health coach, I met Michael Rutherford. He quickly became the go-to guy when it came to, well, everything. His knowledge and training far exceeds mine (and most coaches I know), thus he’s the perfect fit for when a coach or other kind of practitioner needs help for a client (or themselves!) beyond what they’re capable of providing.
