Dr. Amy is awesome! I lost 20 lbs in a little over 6 weeks. Her program is achievable and she walks you through it step-by-step. Initially my body did not want to shed the weight but she tweaked some of my veggie choices to ensure hormone balance and it worked. I learned a lot, created healthy habits and have been able to maintain my weight loss for several months. Dr Amy is knowledgeable, approachable and authentic!

The Functional Weight loss program was a perfect solution for me when I wanted to lose weight after the holidays. Amy is an excellent coach and helped me every step of the way. The products are great, app is easy to use and you can input as much or as little info as you want, and the recipes Amy provided are delicious. I didn’t feel hungry at all throughout. I reached my goal weight after 6 weeks and have been able to keep it off. I highly recommend this program!

I highly recommend Dr. Amy and her Functional Weight Loss Program. She is knowledgeable and supportive and helped me lose the stubborn weight. Through her plan and the support and accountability she provided, I became committed and comfortable with eating a healthier and maintainable diet. It wasn't easy at first, but it has now become second nature. Exactly what I needed to succeed!
