Thank you Dr. Yuan! I went in with some intense hip pain, unable to go for a walk with my kids without limping. Yuan thoroughly helped me work through a bad case of tennis elbow to being fully back on the court pain free! Yuan blended dry needling, massage, and strength training excellently each week and with a great presence. Do not wait it out-go see Yuan to get you fully back to the activity you love!
Delta Physio Physical Therapy is a nice facility. The staff are very friendly and professional. They work with each individual based on their personal conditions and specific needs.
Dr. Yuan listens carefully and assesses the problem thoroughly before formulating an individualized plan for exercises. She has helped me improve my running form, and strengthen where necessary to prevent future injury. And is very responsive to questions or feedback.
