I had a great experience with Delta! I found them though a recommendation from a friend who had also struggled with general pain and creakiness related to marathon training like I was. Dr Yuan was able to identify some issues with my stride, find parts of my body to build strength and control, and provided some really good resources. I felt like I got a lot out of it after only going for two sessions. Overall I would really recommend.

I have been working with Dana and she is knowledgeable, encouraging and advances my plan appropriately. The facility is nice and the atmosphere is positive. Scheduling has been easy. There is free and sufficent parking. I’m pleased with my progress and highly recommend Delta Physio.
