I shoe horses for a living and it’s a very physically demanding job, and especially hard on the back. When I came in for my first appointment with Dr. Jon I couldn’t even deadlift 10lbs without my back screaming and I couldn’t run or even walk barefoot without heel pain that would last for days. Fast forward a year later and my back is feeling so much better, I can deadlift 90+ lbs without pain and I’m finally able to run again. I highly recommend Functional Phyzio for your PT needs, it’s money well spent to have my freedom ... read more

Dr.Norah at Functional Phyzio is amazing! She was thorough in her assessment and explained what could potentially be going on. I’ve never had these types of results from any other PT. She was able to help relieve so much of pain in just 3 sessions. If I didn’t live out of town, I definitely would continue visiting her. Highly recommend!

Before doing physical therapy, I wasn't able to exercise on the rower, do ab exercises, or push ups with my core muscles being so weak after pregnancy, but ... read more

Dr. Norah was magic. She listened to my body and knew just what to do to reduce pain and discomfort. The PT videos in the AP were great to have something at home to refer back to. Thanks Dr. Norah!!

Would recommend to anyone that’s trying to overcome any sort of recurring physical pain. Went here first ahead of a visit to primary care and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Jon helped diagnose my knee injury quickly, explained it in a way that made sense, and set forth a treatment plan that has me up and running again (literally)! Care was always 1:1 and thorough. I’ve never had someone so good at coaching me through what I should be feeling and where when doing an exercise. I’ll absolutely be a return customer and will recommend to... read more
