One appointment occurred, a televisit. Labs were run. No follow-up. Messages ignored. Billed for more than my deductible with no secure way to pay it. Feel disappointed and abandoned and had to keep shopping for help.
Doctor Iller is a major difference for my illness management. I’m so thankful to have found her after wasting time with bad matches. I feel a bit of hope and that’s so important during such a stressful and bleak seeming time. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she’s super thorough and easier to get in touch with than previous specialists I’ve seen.
